Stacy Lardizabal is the Managing Member of Impact Transaction Solutions, LLC, where she combines decades of executive leadership, disciplined risk management, and strategic planning to identify and execute real estate investment opportunities with integrity and purpose.

A retired U.S. Army Major with 27 years of military service, Stacy built her career leading complex operations, managing multimillion-dollar assets, and making high-stakes decisions in challenging environments. Today, she applies that same disciplined approach to evaluating real estate investments, solving property challenges, and building long-term value for partners and communities.

Driven by a passion for creating lasting impact, Stacy believes real estate is more than an investment—it's a vehicle for building financial freedom, strengthening neighborhoods, and creating opportunities that leave a legacy for future generations.

When she's not analyzing investment opportunities, Stacy enjoys serving her community, supporting veteran and equine therapy organizations, mentoring others, and spending time with her family.
